Behind the Stories
Behind those stories stand Blake Braley, Tristan Hart Pierce, Cary R. Beare, and Michael B. Koep—four musicians whose individual journeys span decades of touring, recording, songwriting, and live performance. Between them, they've toured internationally, shared stages with artists including Allen Stone, Heart, Willie Nelson, Deana Carter, Boyz II Men, Teddy Swims, Mac Ayres, Walking Papers, Alice In Chains, Stone Temple Pilots, and Myles Kennedy, while writing thousands of songs and quietly earning reputations as four of the Pacific Northwest's most respected musicians. Four separate journeys that found one another to create the story of PSILY.

Blake Braley

Spokane native Blake Braley has quietly become one of the Pacific Northwest’s most compelling musicians. A gifted vocalist, keyboardist, songwriter, and producer, his soulful voice and infectious energy have earned him a devoted following throughout the region before taking him onto national stages as a touring member of Allen Stone’s band.
For years, Blake and fellow PSILY member Tristan Hart Pierce have shared an instinctive musical connection built on friendship, trust, and countless performances together. In PSILY, that bond became part of something even larger—four musicians discovering a sound none of them could have created alone.

Over a career spanning four decades, Cary has toured, recorded, written, and collaborated with artists including Heart, Willie Nelson, Deana Carter, and Bill Ward of Black Sabbath, while quietly earning a reputation as one of the Pacific Northwest’s finest guitarists, producers, and songwriters.
Michael B. Koep
Drums, vocals
International touring drummer, songwriter, author, and producer Michael B. Koep has spent more than four decades telling stories—through music, books, live performance, and the communities he’s helped build around them.
Known internationally as a member of KITE and throughout the Inland Northwest as the founder of KOEP Concerts, Michael has always believed that the best songs don’t simply entertain—they remind us who we are.
His nearly forty-year friendship with Cary Beare laid the foundation for one half of PSILY’s creative heartbeat. When that lifelong musical brotherhood met the equally deep bond shared by Blake and Tristan, PSILY became something far greater than the sum of its parts.
